Please read the following information before checking out of the NBK online store as your are agreeing to all terms and conditions by placing your order. PLAESE NOTE THAT NAILS BY KEELY IS NOT REPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR FULFULLMENT CENTERS. NAILS BY KEELY WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FULFILLMENT CENTERS.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed withon 2-3 business days. If we are experiening a high volume of orders or delayed processing & shipping is forseen you will be contacted via e-mail.
*Business days are defined as MON-FRI 9am-5pm and do not include holidays.
(Holidays and unforseen circumstances may extend processing time)

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME & ESTIMATES:
NBK offers islandwide delivery at a $7 rate. Alternativly you can collect your package at pick-up location. (Once your order is processed you will recieve a confirmation and can choose how you wish to recieve your goods)
NBK offers international shipping services to select countries. Your order will be shipped via best way with one of our carriers. Delivery times may varie depending on your location. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please refer to "Customs, Duties, & taxes" section of this document for the import. International orders are non-refundable and Nails by Keely holds no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged international packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will recieve a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via e-mail once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also recieve confirmation via other contact methods you have selected.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES:
Nails by Keely is not reponsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the reponsibility of the customer (Tariffs, Taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES:
Nails by Keely is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event your recieve dameged good please contact us immedietly at 1 (441) 517-9961 or via e-mail at nbkeely123@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items berfore you file a claim.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Nails by Keely is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.

Refund policy
Nails by Keely will issue a refund for any cancelled orders. All cancellations will be acceped within 24 hours of purchase, as long as said order has not been fullfilled and shipped.
return & exchange policy
All Nails by Keely sales are final. Nails by Keely merchandise can only be returned if product is in new, unused condition or if there has been a manufacturer defect. Nails by Keely MUST be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if you are going to return the product for the above mentioned reasons. For all soft goods no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds for used products. Please be advised that our products are intended for professional use only. Some product colors may vary on different moitors. Nails by Keely accepts no responsibility for dissatifaction. International returns on any and all goods is stricly prohibited.
